Is There a Difference Between Strength and Flexibility?

I feel that this area tends to be quite stubborn, but we never really give it the attention it deserves. Work on strength, working the hardest things first and then go to something more like hypertrophy where it's higher reps. And then I guess thirdly would be working on the sensory work where it's more like working towards your weaknesses. You can't really choose a perfect program or there is no real perfect program. It's like you do something, you see how you feel and then tinker from there.
