Why You Shouldn't Be in the Press When You Sell

When you do well for people and you make sale, we've never had an investor call us angry at a nice return. Ah, this gives them more confidence to invest in future deals with you. They thank us, they tell people, and they are more eager than ever to get into the next deal. So selling creates its own little fly wheel in and of itself. And so we have noticed that every time we've sold, our team has got more and more bought into we're doing.
