When you start your day being hard on yourself or calling yourself a failure, you kind of carry that out through the whole day. You're setting yourself up for just some negative energy that's unnecessary. The thing with morning routines is if you're someone who's capable of keeping a schedule and like doing things like that, then go for it. I'm saying for people like me who have the brain of a squirrel who have to have something different every single day who can't keep consistency for the life of them, I'm talking to you, you don't need a morning routine.
