Are You a Runner With Hyper Mobility?
A lot of runners with weak or tight hip flixers also have trouble getting into that hip internal rotation. So you're going to want to work on the muscle activation, like i said, the stability and strengthening aspect more than the mobility. Mobility's not ton or necessarily hurt. It's just kind of, you know, you already have it, so you don't really need to work on it. And maybe you have a hyper mobile um diagnosis, versus just one joint being hyper mobile is important to look at as well.
