How to Start a Supportive Routine
Start your day with a well-rounded breakfast within the first hour or two of waking. Take slow, deep belly breaths before meals and protect phone free time for yourself at the end of the day. If possible, get a little bit of sunlight and maybe some gentle movement in the morning.
