If you keep condemning yourself and say, i should be better than i amyou're just going to get stuck. All the great things in therapy almost come from therapeutic failure. And we'll avoid that process if we're afraid of failure. Yes? If we're thinking, i shouldn't fail. That's wrong and bad. I should be perfect, then we ever we're not open to this sort of experimental learning and growth which leads to rapid improvement. You have to set your practice up such as that youre always fine tuning your skills  and usingall your failures and shortcomings as ways of learning and growing.
