Hot Pot - What Was It Like Growing Up?
i didn't see hot pot until i actually was in china. I never saw it before. It was just literally a cauldron of crawfish in bubbling oil that was spicy with a lot of sichan peppers and a bunch of other things, but that was it. In my house, it was, we sat around like a big my parents had like an electric a skillet, basically. And we just used that and and did chicken broth, probably othe can sliced meat, fish balls, napo, cabbage, spinach, and then celiphane noodles. But we never, i never had a spice one. I never had oil. That's what i thought hot pot
