And if that isn't something that springs to mind, then imagine another scenaria where you might have wanted to care or somebody wanted to care for you. Just notice what that is evoking in you. In the imagery when you are having the compassion flow turned towards you, someone deeply wanting to care forYou,. suffering and just be curious about what's happening in your mind and in your body as you experience thatflow of compassion coming to you.
