The Importance of Meta Data in Knowledge Management
The best of both worlds really. It's not just putting a extra data on documents for the sake of it. Tt, you've got to have a reason for doing it. You don't need a big knowledge system. Just put it in folders to start with. When you start getting e to to too much content to handle in folders, then you need to start thinking about the metidator question. And my responses will probably not be going to work too well if you're relying on a key word search that is less than effective.
