I think all that starts once youve actually got your license. You're going to go through orientation. It's what's like a one day make sure all your systems are set up and everything like that. That's her first kind of interaction with every agent that comes through our door. And they're gting to feel for who we are. We're not goig to be a great fit for everybody.
