How to Feel Grateful in the Body

One thing that can be helpful in terms of gratitude is, is noticing how, or how I feel grateful in the body. So it's not just like a cognitive aspect. It's not using kind of like the top down approach, but like, how do I feel like when we use that example of like remembering a pleasant event? How do I feel it in my body and perhaps I feel a sense of warmth in my heart or maybe it just feels a bit lighter? Does that kind of make sense? Mm hmm.
