The only the only place I still have a small amount of osteoporosis is my lower lung bar, but you know, everywhere else has had significant improvement and is no longer an issue there. Surround yourself with good people. Find the positive things in life. It's very easy. Like we're wired as humans to focus on the negative. We need to actually intentionally focus on the positive things that are happening in our life,. practice gratitude, be grateful for the moments you have every single day.
