I've never really thought about Bruce Lee in the context of navigating a quite a complex nutrition world. And I think that, look, being vegetarian is very healthy because you're eating mostly plant-based foods. Being vegan is an ethical choice, which also makes sense as we have a broader conscience for our planet.
