How to Correct Poor Posture That Causes Anxiety
If we're hyper ventilating and our r breathing is off, we want to slow our exhale through the nose. And when you breathe in, let it come all the way down into your belly with your belly relaxed. To get your way out of the poor posture that causes anxiety is to sit less, take breaks, stretch. Do some che gong or some tiche warm ups, or even some yoga.
