Using Your Inner Dialogue in a Journaling Process
Paying attention to your inner dialogue is a key piece of the puzzle. You can literally use the negativity inside you to guide you towards what you need to do to make a difference. When someone crosses a boundary for you, they say something that was unkind or they really they stepped over a boundary, or you set a boundary and keep some one keeps pushing and keeps pushing it, you need to speak up. So basically, if you don't stand up for yourself, your inner dialogue almost guaranteed will be this. It'll just be self judgment because you didn't stood up for yourself.
