The Importance of Achieving Your Goals

I've often said that when it comes to a diet and whatnot, we should try and create models that accurately predict humans as they will be, not as we hope them to be. I do think there is something interesting to be said about the concept of min-maxing. And I think also things like creating a system like that maybe on paper, according to science isn't absolutely optimal in terms of your calorie intake for your goals or your fat loss Diet. But if you stick to a slightly self-optimal diet, 100%, that's going to be a lot better than not sticking to a completely optimal diet.
