The downside of a bank deal is that it's going to move fast. You don't have a whole lot of time. The information is accurate and clean and reviewed most of the time. Sometimes there are processes, banker processes, that are we call busted process. And you can kind of hang around the hoop on something like that on something you have strong conviction over and get it for a better price.
