Even the Institute of Medicine, they admit in their dietary guidelines that there's apparently no need for carbohydrates whatsoever in the human diet. And the same goes for fiber. If you're eating a proper human diet, which is a very low carbohydrate diet filled with lots of animal fatty animal food, lots of eggs, and maybe some plants, maybe not, there's no need for fiber. There are hundreds of thousands of carnivores around the world now who eat a zero fiber diet. They poop just fine. Their colons just fine.
