- What is a boundary and what are they so important? What are the three different types of boundaries?
- Why healthy boundaries need to be flexible yet firm.
- Boundaries help protect our well-being and help us to live up to our core values. Boundaries also offer us the opportunity to practice self-inquiry, self-awareness and self-care.
- Boundaries are about clarity; helping others clearly understand how they can/should interact with us.
- In all your human interactions, ask yourselves: “Is this okay? Or is this not okay?”
