The Stress Cycle

We get stuck in stress cycles, and we don't bring it to resolution. Shaking is a good way to excavate what gets stuck. It does approximate that justt the physical sensation of what animals do to reset. We spend so much time kind of bullying our bodies to fit into the mould of what's expected of us. And i think when you shake and really let your body call the shots, and you move however it feels like moving, no matter how ridiculous it looks, that is, in i of itself, therapeutic. Because your body starts to trust and think like, awa, you listen to me now. You honor my needs"
