The Importance of Mindfulness Practice
I'm glad that there were enough different sort of exercises and activities that people could take their own. Because we did probably different sorts of practices over the years as well, didn't we? Some kind of short practices and longer ones. And then just talking about stepping out of autopilot and the sorts of things we tend to do on autop pilot and the things that we don't. Yeah. It's such an interesting thing that I think about that all the time actually have a lot of personal conversations about am I thinking enough about this thing? Or can I let this thing go to muscle memory? Is it the perception of what you're thinking you're doing and what you're actually doing?
