Having a good relationship with them, or having some transparency r ownership over the data is superimportant. Otherwise you might find yo've been tracking something and making decisions on it for a while, and then suddenly it's all ar thrown out the window. So i think if you can find like a trusted contact there, and that's probably the best way to be able to get some kind of transparency, answers and create long term relationships.
