Once you lose the 30 pounds I would say then you'll get like that'll be the next stripe so be a blue belt three stripes and then the fourth stripe will be once you make it through those seven months of slowly progressing out of calorie counting. When you can get to a point where you can maintain not calorie counting for a very long period of time and still have a great relationship with food than you'll have earned your purple belt which is a huge huge deal.
