I'll pretty much wake up, have a well balanced breakfast and go train and I won't eat till six or seven p.m. And then we'll go there and I'll easily destroy 3,000, 4,000 calories. So even though I am time restricted eating, by no means am I in a deficit. But you know, that's just a tool that I pull up on that particular day. There's so much psychology that goes into nutrition. It just again comes down to personal preference because again, it just really comes down to energy dollars.
