Is Three Reps Left Really Hard?

Per exercise, we want to be getting at least three reps shy of failure. You're probably only going to need to do two sets per exercise. Pick a weight or load that allows you to get within three reps of that fail point where your technique sort of goes. So just to really reinforce that so that people are getting the best bang for their buck.
