Our cultural values start with soll for the customer. That's like literally the montra that we have. Anybody entering the organization will her s f t c, soll forthe customer. And also when we have a company meeting, a board meeting, we start with the voice of the customer. So i say that because it's deeply embedded within the culture of the organ ion. Now, the signs part of it and a quite different. We start with a line teams. Then we created a strategy that was customer focus. The winning aspiration for that team is really delivering delightful customer experiences. It's not a mark aspiration or sales aspiration. It’s a customer aspiration.
