The Importance of Human-Centered Design

In order to make good work, you as a worker must feel good. And one of the roots to agile, agile software development is in the quality movement of the 80s and before that lean production or Toyota production system. This is so interesting because we talk about like human-centered design and everyone does, well, this makes me think about the fact we say human- centered design. So we're adding a category to the end of it, whereas what you're saying is human-centered is actually what you're Saying. It's enough. We don't have to say human-centered organization, human-centered product, human-center whatever. It's human-centered.
