This is a false association. And i think this one really blew up because of the internet. That's my gas. If you actually look at the research, that's not true with anxiety. Its it's an inverse, linear correlation. Any amount of anxiety is not good fr for performance. But that didn't stop people from giving unow ted talks and writing books about this stuff. I still get people requesting me to write nw reviews about their books for healthful anxiety. And i just say, i can't do because as not true.
