Is There a Difference Between Types and Sources of Carbohydrates?

There's a numb or the two main types of carbohydrate transporter within the intestine. And these transporters actually become saturated at different quantities of ingestion. So for example, there the glucose transporter becomes saturated in and around 60 grams an hour. If that continually builds up and sits within the intestine over multiple hours, it's pretty much likely that you're going to shuffle with some sort of gas to intestinal distress.
