The Importance of Chaos in the Restaurant Industry
I think that any person that enters into the restaurant industry, especially at a young age, like there is an element to you where you feel at home in chaos. You somehow feel at home with toxicity. And it was also just like I felt like a very creative person my whole life, but never really knew what my avenue was until I found cooking. That was when I felt fulfilled and gratified, stimulated, excited by something on all levels.
