Rob recently published a book inspired by two courses called the brains and brawn company. It looks at how leading organizations blend the digital and the physical. The winning companies seemed to be focused on most or all of these attributes, Rob says.

You have to see how your organization is interacting both internally and externally. And so what we found is that great systems leaders were really good at managing the narrative,” says Siegel.
