Orderliness of Creative Freedom - Is That Not My Job?

Over specialization and over siloification, I knew what you meant. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from EF Schumacher in small, beautiful years writing in the early 70s, 60s and 70s. He cautioned around the fact that every organization needs to find the balance between the orderliness of order and the disorderliness of creative freedom. And it's great is not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted. So a lot of your competitors are probably overlooking it if you figure out how to make more money and keep your customers longer.
