"I was told mine was from an accumulation of three things weighing over 240 pounds since I was in high school," he says. "It's 54 stuff doesn't fucking heal like it did when we were younger, right? And I mean, you said the same as me. There's no pain from this." He adds: "The worst thing is it's nothing to do with lifting. That's what it was... they're all on a podcast about training".
