How Much Protein Should Women Be Having on a Daily Basis?
I'm far more concerned about maintaining a skeletal muscle than I am worried about restricting calories to a point where you're chronically going to be in a state of not enough ability. How much protein should women be having on a daily basis? I would say to minimum 100 grams. The bulk of the population, it's like we have to have those frank conversations to say, as a clinician, we have to do better.
