I think training in a group you just have that accountability and I think as an ultra endurance athlete you have to get used to spending a lot of time on your own. The best thing about a team is the best teams don't necessarily have the best individual but they bring the best out of every individual. Not being afraid to ask for the advice or ask for help I think is is incredibly important because everyone has their own weaknesses.
