Is Weightlifting Going to Make You Bulky?

I think it's just rooted in a lot of women's beliefs as we're thrown in our face. A female centered goal is what's the number on the scale? That can be the only thing that matters sometimes, which is a silly silly way to look at it. But even if you're like, okay, I know weightlifting is not going to make me bulky, but my goal is to get that number on the Scale as low as possible. And there's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, some people have to go through it and figure it out.
