Of the 10 domains, protein is one of the domains and it has four subdomains. It's more vegetables and fruits and whole grains like some of that stuff never changes. If you're vegan, you're not supposed to have any meat. In a vegetarian diet, you can have yogurt. But in a vegan one, you won't have fish.
