Leadership and Management Experience in a Small Business
The company I worked at had over 250,000 employees. So it was a very, very large organization with that comes a lot of nuance corporate structure which we obviously do not have in a 19 person organization. The environment and the structure in which I lead and manage it's very different. But absolutely, the experience is 100 percent held. You learn how to talk through that, you learn how to relate that as best you can to employees.
