The Importance of Consistency in Training
I promote less exercise and cool the body but I'm really inspired by what much of what you're saying start with where you're at. Our bodies are meant to move and as we move more we build our our vascular beds which oxygenate our bodies even better. Just tuning into like what you're ready for and starting from there is I think the name of the game. We have a few guests on also and just listening and learning a little opposite and different than my usual conversations act.
