I lean to most of the time, it's the personal connection first and then it makes everything else easier. Like for example, Miriam, a common thing I might do is in the morning do something like a disc workshop where it's about let's learn about each other. What makes you tick? What do you want to need? What are your preferences? They're really learning about each other in a way that they may never have never talked about before. Yeah. And the second one made me just think of and then the team leaders wonder about silent quitting. Quite quitting. Of course they silent quitting if the zoom, the weekly zoom call is the only way of connecting to team members
