How to Stop Revenue Leakage
The first place where you can leak revenue is in the deal itself. Mon, if you're going to go in a build strategy or bus study or allowing the client to dictate which strategy you approach. Massive changes to your revenue can occur. So it could go from a hundred thousand dollar one year deal to millions of dollars over three or four years,. just in the approach to the market. And so these numbers would come out on your average deal sizes.
