How to Set Your Training Zones Based on Pace

There are so many things that you can do to measure pace very easily. No excuse is not to use pace. I'm a big proponent of the swim smooth and Paul Newsom School of Thought, which is based around critical swim speed. And then there is an online calculator that I'll link to in the show notes. So it's all starting with a CSS test - 400 meter and 200 meter time trial performed in the same session.
