How to Improve Your Sleep Quality

Kate: I'm currently working on getting my temperature right for sleeping. And so I would like it to be freezing cold. That is not going over well in my household, but I'm working on it, getting it. Someone just recommended a blanket that helps pull the heat off of you so that you're not so hot at night. So that's that that came and I'm going to try that and see if then I can live in a household of people who want it warmer than me. Yeah. We'd love to ask you again and we will try to set up the time in the future. But I think that it was a great discussion.
