Are They Capable of Doing It?

It's clear to me that Alex understands what he wants from his team. He has some thoughts on how to approach them but he's feeling unsure about whether it's the right approach. The first thing for him to consider are his expectations because so many times we expect certain results from others and yet we've never told them what we expect. Nobody else can set the expectation but you as the leader.
