Is Your Phone Bad for Sleep?
According to recent research, 90 % of british teen ages asleep with a smart phone in the room. Blue light from phones or tablets tricks your brain into thinking that it's still daytime. It doesn't produce the melotoni that you need to settle down to sleep. So what often happens with teans is that that's the last thing that they see. And then imagine having it on and its buzzing all night. That's horrible for sleep.
