How to Recall Information

A lot of people train jujitsu for fun and don't really reflect on what they learned. If you practice the active recall, it strengthens that information in your mind - which makes it easier to retrieve later. So I always suggest to people that if you want to get maximal value out of your notes, it's not just about capturing the info at the time. You want to wait a little bit and then make yourself work to remember the stuff.
