Did Early Time Restricted Eating Have a Negative Effect on Muscle Mass?

Participants lost an extra 2.3 kilograms over the 14-week program. We did some very cool mathematical modeling to figure out what's the calorie equivalent. And we found early time restricted eating had no negative effects on muscle mass. But we didn't find any evidence for selective fat loss or indicating that there was any sort of special effect that selectively preserved muscle per se.
