How to Be a Better Journaler

Good communication is the bedrock of any healthy relationship. Don't go to bed on an argument, I think it's... Not that we argue a lot, do we? No It's an agreement or anything. Having intentional time together when you're not distracted by your work and kids can be really important. If you don't spend as much time with each other - especially when you've got children - make sure they are fully present in every aspect of your life. Do things that actually happen to you rather than abstract things like 'I'm grateful for the weather' Or just write down what you were grateful for today. You could have quantitative journaling which is where you kind of just write.
