The book talks about how you have created a metric, an actual like one to a hundred to measure immersion. Can you just describe exactly how that works? And then you also talk about this idea of peak immersion. And what is that? So because we want to create a platform where people didn't have to talk to weirdo scientists like me,. We discovered that for some experiences, that the proportion of that experience that's just super fabulous to your brain, which I call peak immersion.
