How to Remember Your Dreams
When you wake up out of REM sleep, which has a tendency by the way to occur in the last third of the night, you remember your dreams better. People should think this is my brain trying to help me work through it. And I've even had some people who are now writing out their dreams to be able to try to understand more from them.
